So,so,dissapointed
I previously sent a review. As time passed, I was brought to the conclusion that the product did not come through for me.
I had a window frame full of dead stinkbugs, but flies are literally swarming throughout the house. I did my homework, and other than being 'gross,' I have learned stink bugs, Seaforth, non-harmful, don't carry disease. I have not seen any indicators either way when it comes to spiders. I used two of the high-end 'dry' fingers.
I still have one box with the price tag on it. I have always had faith in Raid products, so it did not even cross my mind to save the receipt. I am just hoping your company stands on simple integrity. I followed the instructions to the letter, not to mention put forth so much effort in keeping my pets safe (1 dog and 9 cats/kittens).
I am hopeful for a positive outcome. Thank you for taking the time to look at my review.

I purchased an in-app game purchase, and it didn't give me the item. It was the $49.99 one, and I got a charge for it and another that I didn't make and didn't receive either. I got billed for another one I didn't make.

App/company approach
Automated assistance is one thing, but this is stupid... when I go to customer service, I don't appreciate doing all the work...
I'll be going to your competition from this day forward... put that in your fogger and... fill out the secure form.
This is the following day... I got my house bombed effectively.
I was very dissatisfied with your company's approach. It and your app is not at all user-friendly, and it makes me willing to go with anything BUT Raid.

Preferred solution: Change format of communication. Hefty coupons would make me consider staying with the co. That is only secondary to changing the format of app...should not have to make out a major form just to get the directions on how to used a oroduct

Some raid I brought at Walmart
I know the raid spray is supposed to work, but it left the spray on my walls after I sprayed. It, plus it was not supposed to stay on my walls, looked very bad to me.

Product dont work
Bought the raid max bombs for fleas and they didn't work, in fact I think it woke them up but as the package stated "works or money back guarantee" they are sending me a full refund so can't complain only wish they would have worked.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted their customer support line, and they gave me the information I needed to make a clear and concise choice about whether to use their product or not.. I am very pleased with the way I was treated by them and they answered all of my questions.
Question about using Raid. My apartment manager says not to use Raid, as it would negate the professional spray by the Orkin man.
Preferred solution: I need to know if the information given to me about the effectiveness of your product.
You people cheated me
Yall screwed me out Chester cat 3 times when I was first in my event for him and spent 100 on shards. Make me hate the game give home to everyone eles but if u earn it u rscrewed that's not fair

Flea bombs not working.
I'm have used two sets of flea bombs well two boxes, six total air canisters and they have not killed the fleas yet. I spoke to customers service and they are reimbursing me and explained what I was doing wrong.
Thanks for all the help. Not many companies would help.
Dissatisfied with the cans
Unfortunately, I use quite a bit of Raid in my apartment. Up until recently, I've had no problem, but in the last few months, whenever I buy a can, the top falls off and I am not able to use it. I spend a great deal of money on your product monthly, and to not be able to use what I'm paying for is quite upsetting.
Worried about the adhesive in house fly roll traps hurting my birds if I hang them up & then put my hands in their food to feed them. feed them
Help! 
Worried about my parrots & the adhesive on my hands from the flypaper rolls that I just hung up.
Package says Non-toxic, but this is clearly a pest killer.
Ive washed my hands 5 times after handling this flypaper. Stil cant get the stickiness off me.Worried about it getting into my birds food when I need to feed them.
